Educational games on the wrist give children something worthwhile to do on car journeys or while waiting, with each game teaching as they play. Idle time becomes time well spent, without a tablet or phone in hand.
The built-in camera lets children snap their pets, drawings and friends the moment they want to. They keep their own pictures on their own watch.
An alarm clock and calendar on the wrist show wake-up time, school days and birthdays, so children can check for themselves. Parents repeat themselves less, and children get to take charge of the basics.
The pedometer shows how many steps they've taken, so a walk to school or a trip to the park comes with a number to check. Going outside gets a little bit of built-in fun.
