When you place an order in your Airwatch Store, it will be processed by our fulfillment centre within 1-2 days.

Shipping time: 5-8 working days to United Kingdom-Canada-USA-Europe.

After purchase, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number within 24-48 hours.

Returns policy

Any item is eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days of receipt of package (postmark will count).

We accept returns provided the products are returned in their original packaging.

Refunds

If the product does not please you or you have changed your mind upon receipt of the product.
You must return the product to us within 14 days in the original packaging and the return costs will be your responsibility.

After receiving and analyzing the products, your refund will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2-5 days.

If the product is defective or broken upon receipt, we will ask you for proof of the problem (photos, videos). If the proof is sufficient, according to our choice, we will resend you a new product for free or we will fully refund the purchase price, because we must avoid the abuse of dishonest customers.

In some cases particular you should return the products but the return costs will be at your expense and upon receipt we will refund you completely.

Exchanges 

We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case, you would like to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at help@airwatch-store.com.
